Niñitos offer free shipping on every order of more than € 45. If you have made an order above € 45, but you were not provided with the free shipping option, we strongly recommend you to write our Customer Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, in order to correct the mistake in the order
Shipping time and handling
Every orders are handled by the Niñitos staff within 24 hours of the placed order. Shipping time can variate from product to product, but please allow up to 14-18 days.
In case that the product is broken, or damaged in any way upon delivery, please write our staff at email@example.com within 1-3 business days after delivery. Hereafter we will provide you with information about what to do next.
Prepare and ship your return
After you’ve followed the prompts in the provided Online Returns Center:
Prepare your package for return.
Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center. If you don’t have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package.
Ship your return based on the return shipping option you selected.
